I'm looking for information on a little time that looks like a miniature funnel, it has a #200 lid, it's the vintage white/clear Tupperware and the bottom stem of the "funnel" looks like it's not open but a portion might be removalble...but I cannot remove it...don't want to damage it so I'm leaving it alone.

I am looking at a similar item. It appears to be a piping tip with protective cone cover both in translucent blue/green and a translucent clear lid with #200 on it. Is this a piping tip? Can send picture but don't see how to.
